How far will Krazy Kev travel?

Krazy Kev will travel anywhere in the UK and has even worked abroad and on cruise ships but is based in Bournemouth, Dorset. So the main bulk of his work is in Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and all surrounding areas.

 

Is there a Travel Fee?

Krazy Kev is based in Bournemouth, Dorset and covers all local surrounding areas. What Time Can I Have My Party?

On a Saturday or Sunday Krazy Kev has a morning slot or afternoon slot. The morning slot can start at anytime as long as the finish time is 1pm or earlier. For example 10am - 12pm or 11am - 1pm. The afternoon slot can start no earlier than 2pm. For example 2-4pm or 3-5pm. These times can be flexible on weekdays and for last minute availability depending on location and travel time etc.

How will my party run?

For example if booking an hour and your party was 11am - 1pm, you would invite guests for 11am, and book Krazy Kev to starts at 11.15am-12.15pm allowing them time to arrive. Then there is 45 minutes at the end  leaving enough time for  food and birthday cake.

If booking   a  1.5 or 2 hour  package Krazy Kev would be there from the beginning  of the party to welcome your guests. Food would be severed (supplied by you) at the end of the 1.5 hour package and approx. halfway through the 2 hour packages.

Should I ask my guests to arrive before my package start time?

For the Birthday Party 1 hour package, yes there are always some that are running late and you don't want them to miss the beginning of the entertainment. So as above under 'What Time Can I have My Party?' it is recommended to invite them around 15 minutes before the start time. However for 1.5hr or 2hr Packages the arrive is built into the package.

Does Krazy Kev offer entertainment for 1st and 2nd Birthdays?

Unfortunately Krazy Kev does not offer Birthday Parties for these age groups. The youngest being a 3rd Birthday.

How many children can I invite?

​Krazy Kev does not have a limit on numbers, he often works at Holiday Parks and Cruise Ships where there are normally 100+ children!

 

How long does Krazy Kev need to set up / pack down?

Krazy Kev normally needs no longer than 10/15 minutes to set up with clear access so will always try to arrive at least 15/20 minutes before the package start time. It takes around 5/10 minutes to pack down.

What do I need to provide for the entertainment?

Krazy Kev is fully self contained and the only thing he needs is a single plug socket. He will also supply all prizes and give aways.

 

How do I book Krazy Kev?

First you need to check Krazy Kev is available the best way to do this is CLICK HERE to see his packages and prices then click on the 'Availability' button.

To confirm the booking we take a £50 deposit (online or over the phone via Credit or Debit Card) and the rest of the fee (minus deposit) is payable at least one week before the performance date. Or for Birthday Party via CASH on the day. A contract is also emailed to you to confirm the booking.

 

I need Krazy Kev to Mix & Mingle at a School Fete or Event is this possible?

Yes Krazy Kev can perform Close Up Magic and Mix & Mingle Balloon Modelling at your event. Please click here for Packages & Prices.

Can I pay by Cheque?

Cheques are only excepted if you are a school, pre-school, nursery or club etc unfortunately we do not except Personal Cheques.

Is it okay to have a Bouncy Castle at the party as well as Krazy Kev?

Krazy Kev is happy to work with a Bouncy Castle. However the Bouncy Castle will need to be switched off during the entertainment as they do cause a big distraction for the children and can also be very noisy. It is recommend to have no longer than an hours Entertainment if you plan on having a Bouncy Castle too.

 

How much notice do I need to give to add extras to my booking?

We will require at least one weeks notice but we maybe able to supply them with less notice depending on the time of year and stock levels etc.

 

Does Krazy Kev work any day of the week?

Yes Krazy Kev is a Full Time Children's Entertainer and can perform at your event any day of the week including Sundays and any time of year including Public Holidays, Christmas (additional fee may apply) and New Years (additional fee may apply).

Can Krazy Kev entertain the children in a separate room e.g during the ceremony of a Wedding?

Krazy Kev is more than happy to entertain the children in a separate room and would see this as the best option during for example a wedding ceremony, speeches or meal as the children can be very noisy! However due to legislation there must be at least 2 other adults (over the age of 18 years) present. For more details on this please contract Krazy Kev.
